How much cash does /biz/ keep on hand to buy the dip?

I've thought about selling 5-10% of my portfolio so I can accumulate during the next downturn. Is this a good strategy?

that's what I've done
I'm sure some people would cash out more/less, but this is what I'm comfortable with

Depends on where you bought in at. I use my swing coins to get cash to buy dips. If I don't have the extra cash then I lose out and just wait for the next one. I would never sell BTC or ETH this year it's already such a high buy in.

I keep very little but if ether hits 100x $4500 and if my alts hit 10x I will sell 20% and put away some stablecoins
