Oil stocks will most likely initially boom, as demand returns but exploration has been halted in some key areas, choking supply. By the end of his term they'll likely be going down though. I suspect that oil stocks will be in a full process of transitioning out of oil by the middle of the decade, and a lot of them are already starting to do so. For the next couple of years at least though they'll still by very tied to the price of oil, which will almost certainly go up in the coming months.
