The next Tesla? Stocking up on $CCIV calls and shares. Don’t want to miss out on this one before the merger happens

I'm holding 1000 shares of CCIV, is this a strong probability? I could buy another 1000 if needed

Yes. The same week Bloomberg broke the news of Lucid Motors looking to go public, they also broke the news of Faraday Future looking to go public via reverse merger with PSAC. They announced the merger of FF and PSAC last week.

The Chairman of Lucid is also a partner at CCIV, and is also an advisor at the Saudi Public Investment Fund, which owns a majority of Lucid Motors

I will put an order in for 1000-2000 more shares this coming week then. Target?

Nio is the better investment

I personally have a price target of 40 when the merger happens. Most SPACs double their prices post merger but then settle. But Lucid is different than Lordstown or Canoo or any of the other SPAC evs. They are a direct competitor with Tesla and people who FOMOd buying Tesla are surely going to hop on Lucid

$90 billion market cap, wtf are you smoking?

Checked, holy digits

I might increase my buy post merger but i'm still cautious in case CCIV doesn't amount to the Lucid deal

Nio is already in the Chinese market and expanding. Lucid sucks

True, in regards to the cybertruck and Model X

But the Model S/3 are Tesla’s bread and butter, With the Air directly competing with the S

Rivian doesn’t have plans to go public at this time, but they do have the benefits of all those Bezos dollars

If you get into NIO now and expect a 2x, that's almost a bigger market cap than all but FAANG

If Rivian goes public then I’ll jump on immediately, but I’m interested to see if this CCIV deal works out and maybe we’ll have a moon mission right on our laps fellas

Lucid is trying the Tesla model circa 2010 of just high-end luxury vehicle.

Rivian has a much better business model and much better investors.

Lucid is entering a fairly saturated market, the luxury electric vehicles.

Many many companies now have offerings in this space, and have better brand recognition. I just don't see the niche that Lucid will have, unless Tesla gets out of the S/X and just focuses on the 3/Y/Cybertruck going forward... and even then, that market has a clear ceiling.

A majority of EVs from established luxury brands are absolutely terrible.

Mercedes and BMW EVs have shit range most of their EV cars max out around 250 miles. BMW isn’t even selling the IX3 in the US because the range is too short
