does anyone have some good reading on gas fees? they seem very fucky and almost random. i get that its based on how popular the eth trade is at that moment, but i see people posting about $30+ gas fees on super small amounts, and then i look at my transactions and see a .011 fee on a .02eth purchase and a .013 fee on a .05 purchase. first one was over 50% gas fee, second one was half that at about a 26% fee. there was a 45 minute gap between transactions but i dont see how varying blockchain workload could vary my fee by that much in such a short time
