Personally, depends on the amount that a stock is worth to you. How much it moves etc. I usually cash out on anywhere between a 15-40%. Something as volatile as this I'm gonna hold for 40 %. If I don't get there I'll long term hold, forget about it and then place a limit where I can get my 15-20%.
