Locked BAO is BAO that is harvested.
BAO earned is potential BAO rewards and are based on block rewards. When he says the BAO earned may change it's because when the block rewards change, so does the calculated rewards. The next reduction in rewards is supposed to happen March 1st, so I'm planning on harvesting before then so that my BAO earned doesn't get reduced.

You only need a couple - adding liquidity on uni swap to your pair choice then again to stake those liquidity tokens. Personally I have about 2 million Bao staked to ETH and currently getting about 450k Bao/day. You’ll need enough ETH to both equal the current value of your Bao plus cover the gas fees. Personally cost me about $90 total in fees. Plan to harvest at migration and post everything into the dai/bao liquidity pool after migration, then likely harvest/re-stake every couple of months until I can afford the sushi match. Then it sits and grows passively for a few years. After which I’ve made it or the project fails and out some $$$ for my troubles. Keep in mind I currently have 2.2 million in my 403b so throwing $1000/month or so at this won’t financially destroy me. DON’T INVEST MONEY YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE. This just lets me hopefully pad my retirement and get out of the rat race a little sooner than planned.
