This is how you get free food from door dash. I had wome woman try this with me. I called her and she hung up. I called the restaurant and they said no one came by but I could pick up the food if I wanted to since doordash already paid for it. I delivered pizzas all through college in a very uhh "diverse" area of the south.
However, the black people I'd deliver to were middle and I don't think I ever got stiffed. The only time I got actually fucked was when I delivered once to a motel and this crackhead asked me for change then got pissed off at me when I didn't have 23 cents on me, so I gave him a whole buck back. Thankfully I was in a family run pizza joint so I let the boss know never to deliver to that guy or the motel again.

All I'm saying is that if more and more people stop tipping, and they have to raise wages for drivers/servers/etc in the future (so they don't all quit), then you're going to be paying out the ass for the convenience of having someone cook your food. I delivered at a Chinese restaurant for 6 years when I was a lot younger. I use to hate people who wouldn't tip with a passion, but in retrospect I'm not mad at them. It's the restaurant that I and everyone else who's a waitress or delivery driver should be mad at. But... you took the risk of getting paid below minimum wage (waitress) when you signed up for the shit job. Maybe you should of went to school, or slaved away in a factory like men do. Delivery is kinda of different considering that you take a lot more of the risk (car and insurance). I dont get delivery, I never feel its worth the extra 7-10 dollars (because I'm gonna tip the driver if I do get delivery). I hardly tip waitresses (though I do tip 15% on average). I never over tip them. As someone who managed a restaurant, waitresses are entitled cunts who try to publicly shame people for not giving them the world because they smiled and brought the food out from the kitchen.
