I use Kraken. it's us based and has low fees. A lot of people here use binance and I believe that has even lower fees, but fuck using a chink exchange. Setting up a kraken account takes like 15 minutes tops, but unless you already have crypto to transfer into it you won't be trading for a couple weeks as it takes a bit to verify your bank and move money into. If you want in now and only want to deal with doge you can try robinhood even though they are kikes but it's quick to set up and let's you buy up to $1,000 before the money gets into the account
