Death of a loved one is the most painful emotion anyone will ever experience. Most people have no clue how it actually feels bc most they ever lost is a parent or grandparent, which is normal.

It is not normal to lose someone to tragedy. Especially if he was witness to the aftermath - that can cause severe PTSD and depression. I witnessed my own brother's death and I have never been the same.

Fate led me to my girlfriend, who also experienced tragedy losing her brother at a young age. 20 years later, she still regrets not making amends with him before he passed.

I apologize for derailing the thread bros, but this topic is something I feel this anon should address asap. I know what it's like to feel like life is spinning out of control.

Best thing you can do for someone in that situation is have meals delivered for them because likely, they wont feel like eating and tend to lose a lot of weight.
