The MACD looks like it flattens and has a slight dip in then goes right back up in a quarter pipe "------___------" shape , whenever approaching the green. We see ADL (accumulation) stabilizing and doing the same flatline shape right before a big green day(s).
The RSI is currently under 50 (or right at it) and (within the 5-day chart) it doesn't like to go below it. With the accumulation, it appears to want to pop, as opposed to the other direction. They have off loaded almost all their phone production, licensing off their name and software. From an outlook more people are going to be looking for secure phones and software, they are at the top of their game.
They are also getting bigger in China.

On top of this, their QNX software is still extremely valuable for medical equipment and the auto industry. As I said, slow growth, it won't take off, nor will it get back to it's prime. But it will grow.

CLFTranny previously REFRbro started shilling it in December after CLF preview of Q4 2021 earnings was bullish. Steel futures for 2021 were also very bullish at the beginning of January, and GS said we may be entering a commodity supercycle.

That's the correct way to do this yes. As for whether we're at the bottom, we'll see when they announce their holdings next quarter. Anything over 20 was clearly overpriced though.
