not really, Reef is a liquidity aggregator so instead of going to a bunch of different websites and having a bunch of different wallets you can do all your defi through one platform.

now they say they're going to manage a way of dropping gas fees (most likely by pooling transactions and spreading the cost (if i understand correctly)) but it doesn't necessarily solve the inherit gas problem especially when not using their interface.

Reef is interesting since they want a single platform that can unlock defi across many different chains and tokens that is easy and intuitive to use. which is why reef is interesting. Anything that aims to be cheaper and easier to normies has potential.

But that's potential and not actually a working product yet...
