Most of the ones on BSC scan are in the Binance and Pancake swap Liquidity for trades. If you click on holders, you can see that Binance hot wallet owns 80% of the total Reef on BSC.

On Ethereum over 40% is locked in liquidity and its only showing me around 2.5 billion.
