That's not a lot of sources.
Any Eurobros can help me out?
For Austria and Germany, I know of Ö- and Degussa and Philoro, as well as banks, but I have the slight feeling that I'd overpay there.
And what about the taxes?
Different shit in every EU country it seems. Here in AT I'm paying VAT on silver, which really sucks.

The pic looks nice, but in reality it's not all like that. You have to rotate crops and rest soil to keep it fertile. You'd also want to use different plants in summer and winter. For example you can grow tomatoes in the summer and then replace them with lettuce and cabbage in the winter (you'd also need a hothouse for this). This way you can constantly produce. You can also combine orchards with strawberries, since they don't need all that much sunlight. But then again it all depends on climate. Oh and hydroponics might be a viable option. Don't forget to only buy land with water on it. If there's no water you're fucked.

Essentially. A lot of it was just lying around, and when people realized its value they rushed to get it. It's why the Gold Rush in California was as big as it was. Everyone wanted that quick and easy payday from panning a river. Panning a river and mining the Earth are two entirely different ballgames. One can be done by a dickhead with minimal knowledge and a pan, the other requires entire worksites and heavy equipment.

>Remember, we’re talking about the basic law of supply and demand. When demand suddenly exceeds supply, prices must rise sharply. Period. Silver is a market where 2.5 million ounces are produced and consumed each day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, year after year. For buyers to suddenly buy 110 million ounces in days and for there not to be a violent price surge is impossible. This is the ultimate proof that silver is manipulated in price.

Have you listened to this episode? Middelkoop makes an interesting comment about junior explorers. He says that, during the last bull market, mining companies which made new discoveries the very same year the market turned from bull to bear actually saw their market valuation continue to climb, while strictly producers, even if they were massive producers, mostly faltered. This meshes with your preference for explorers. Lends credence to the idea of buying junior explorers with massive properties vs. efficient producers like Don Durrett once said that he prefers.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Bu7-OpSpKP0

>> No.28122588

>>28122187

It wouldn't be true to say that only explorers went up in the last bull market. The index of all gold stocks went up 18x, and that includes even the dividend-paying large caps. It's objectively correct to do what Durrett says and analyse what cash flow will be at x price of silver and 10x or 30x cash flow valuation. Buying producers is the sure thing, but Middelkoop is correct that explorers vastly outweigh the gains which you make in the producers, which is why I mostly buy explorers. I make an exception for BHS simply because the low mcap relative to imminent production and cash flow makes it the opportunity of the century.
