Anyone who thinks it's a scam is either an actual, unironic retard, baiting for lulz, or is being paid to post such things. It's not something that is up for debate, we are talking about basic definitions of words and concepts here.

Like, ok, if you dont think there is any potential in the project or that ot won't succeed with what they promise, then alright, that's fair, that is a valid prediction. If you think the hype is unjustified, then also, fine. But neither of those things make it a scam.

Calling Rubic a scambis literally on the same level as if Ford said they were working on autopilot for the 2022 F150, and someone was going around claiming Ford stock was a scam. The product is right fucking there, anyone and everyone can see it. If you don't believe in it or think it's trash, whatever, but that just makes it a bad product, not a scam.
