Because he has a lot to gain by doing litigious stuff when it would be easier to just sign with his keys. His opponents are worse at litigating so he's in a good spot.

and what does this prove. Do you know his reasoning for NOT doing this ?
Keys do not equal ownership. Let's be for real here. If he did sign with the keys, people would just say he stole or cracked them. We have courts to decide ownership, not public opinion.

>Because he has a lot to gain by doing litigious stuff
Yeah like getting his reputation and work back.
You do realize with just the klienman signed coins and not 1 more BTC or BCH or BSV he is the richest man on planet earth. You also understand that he has never sold any of his BTC and we know he has at least 1.1 million in June of 2011.

I think you don't know the arguments for and against him being Satoshi. That's ok neither did I.

If you're interested in a neutral, balanced view on whether Craig Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto, watch this YouTube video on the subject..

I've been out of it for a while, can you explain schnorr sig?
I went into BCH before the BSV split, so I have both now. I understood the BCH vs BTC arguments back in the day, but I wasn't aware of BCH doing anything besides increasing the block size.

BCH started implementing Schnorr signatures in its May 2019 upgrade/hard fork. This was promoted as an alternative to Bitcoin’s ECDSA signatures that increased privacy by obfuscating transaction types on the network—making it harder to determine whether they’re for asset swaps, smart contracts, payment channels, or ordinary payments.
It gives BCH the ability to be a privacy coin.

The direct successor of Satoshi Nakamoto as lead developer on the Bitcoin project was Gavin Andresen.
Gavin Andersen explicitly said that Craig Wright signed a message using the private key from Block #1 of Bitcoin. Time was spent on a careful cryptographic verification of messages signed with keys that only Satoshi should possess.
You may not like Craig Wright, but he signed with Satoshi’s keys to Gavin Andresen with a freshly unboxed laptop and did similar signings for Jon Matonis, Ian Grigg, Stefan Matthews and Calvin Ayre - none of which would be easy to fool, and none of which have retracted their claims.

So why did he sign for Andresen/Matonis/Grigg/etc?

Not that I doubt him but I think this argument is mostly bullshit and pedantic. Posession is 9/10ths of the law and all that
