I've done both. We were primarily an in office only job before COVID. Then they sent us home with an in office rotation.
Then COVID stopped being scary to (them) so WFH stopped for us.
Told we will eventually go back to the schedule but we don't have enough people now because two of our people fucked off to greener pastures.

WFH is superior if you can make it work. At least IMO. Nothing beats the privacy or comfort.

I'm so fucking sick of this place lads. Why won't I just go get another job?
