You won't like the treatment but two people have been cured completely.

You need to get a bone marrow transplant from a compatible donor who is naturally immune to HIV or modify your own bone marrow. Marrow donations are expensive but nothing at all like an organ transplant so you should be able to find a sample. Once you have a culture of naturally immune cells you need a large full body radiation dose/chemotherapy to kill your current marrow.
