There is no statement by the company that people will be paid in physical, there are simply three different interesting facts,

1) Bayhorse has actually promised to pay silver dividends in the past on special occasions, as with the so-called "silver option" which was available to all shareholders;

2) Bayhorse wants to pay a dividend of some kind or other in the future;

3) Bayhorse at one point wanted to make its own rounds and bars and only put aside that idea (possibly temporarily) because the smelter costs were too high at 25%.

Anyone think the upcoming crash, even bigger than last year is coming up?

Im honestly considering just going for this year, 60% gold and 40% index funds.

Gold and silver will rise guaranteed anyway cause of money printing being rampant. If stocks are gucci then i make gains for both.

If crash hits then my metals increase tremendously in value that it greatly beats my index funds input.l

Yes, but private placement was open to shareholders:

https://ceo.ca/@newsfile/bayhorse-amends-terms-of-7500000-unit-non-brokered

"In addition to any other exemption available to the Company, participation in the non-brokered financing is also open to all existing shareholders, even if not accredited investors, under the "existing shareholder" exemption of National Instrument 45-106 as promulgated in Multilateral CSA notice 45-313 in participating jurisdictions."

@Newton on ceo.ca is an accredited geologist and he commented on this:

"DORÉ DIVIDENDS? Sure, why not.

$BHS did a "PP WARRANT IN PHYSICAL SILVER"? Pretty epic. Also, they used EXISTING SHAREHOLDER EXEMPTION. That is best practices in Canadian jr mining finance today, @porc? I say so."

“Boab Metals Limited is pleased to announce plans for a Phase V drilling program with the express objective of investigating the potential to expand the proposed processing capacity at its Sorby Hills Lead-Silver-Zinc Project.

HIGHLIGHTS
The Sorby Hills Pre-Feasibility Study detailed a high-value, low-risk operation processing 1.5Mtpa from 4 open pit deposits over a 10-year mine life, generating a pre-tax NPV8 of A$303M, 46% IRR, ~1.6 year payback period and C1 costs of US$0.40/lb payable Pb (including US$0.27/lb payable Pb Silver credits) (ASX release 25 August 2021).
Results from the recently completed Phase IV drill program have revealed significant opportunities to materially increase the mining inventory at Sorby Hills.
Phase V program will include up to 6,000m of high impact drilling with the primary objectives of the program being to:
materially increase the mining inventory at Sorby Hills for immediate incorporation into the Definitive Feasibility Study mine plan and;
investigate the potential to increase the processing plant capacity at Sorby Hills to further reduce unit operating costs and enhance project value.
Drilling is scheduled to commence in April 2021 at the conclusion of the wet season.”

You have nearly $1000 in the company, that's fine for a small cap. Don Durrett once spoke to somebody who invested in Silvercrest at the bottom and remarked offhandedly to this person "Oh, you must be really rich now." And the person replied no because he hardly put any money in it. "Didn't even have $1000 in the company." If Bayhorse went100x then $770 would become $77,000 which is still a big gain.

I'm really sorry to hear that. They do have good historic silver properties. I know that all these stocks will bounce back and soar when silver soars as well. Only a matter of time. I don't doubt that you'll make your money back eventually and more, it's simply a question of whether it's better placed in AZS or somewhere else. But any company with the word "silver" in the name is going to do well when we leave the stealth phase and the bull market actually begins.

Say it costs the mint $3 per ounce of silver or gold to mint coins that will be shipped to dealers for your purchase. Additionally dealers must charge a premium of $2/oz to make profit. If refined gold costs $1500/oz and refined silver costs $15/oz, what percentage of your purchase price from the dealer will the total premium be?
a.) for gold
b.) for silver

What would the gold premium have to be for its percentage of your purchase price of gold to equal the silver premium's percentage of your purchase of silver?

NAK's Pebble Mine may be one of the largest copper gold prospects in the world but its so mired in bullshit, political nonsense and environmental push back I dont believe in its current form that it will go through. Currently NAK is trying to get the environmental decision which blocked the project overturned but without some serious changes I dont see that happening. NAK also has to deal with corporate law cases now to do with them over hyping the project to investors without discussing the potential risks that it may not get approval. We can potentially not just preserve our wealth but multiply it by 186X with silver. Just look at the paper gold silver ratio in picrel. There are 186 claims on every ounce in existence. The paper to silver ratio is the amount of paper silver traded on major silver exchanges / yearly silver production.

ETH and others need to be tested in an actual crucible of regulatory oversight. I have a feeling there would be panic selling if the central banks started leaning on them. And the whole point of these kinds of hedges is because you think the central banks are the enemy.
You want something being used by seedy elements that just need trust between partners and not authorities. Crypto that a drug dealer or a murder for hire would use. Monero, for example.

Checked, less entitlement payouts, less conservative voters, more inheritance of assets and coin collections to get liquidated and spent unironically on iphones, teslas, drugs, overpriced real estate, and gamestop

I tried to do some survey shit to earn Bitcoin but i don't understand much of any of it, and halfway thought i would be getting spammed with junk mail and viruses or get scammed out of wasting my time for survey companies for free and not get any Bitcoins. I think i'll just focus on my government wagie days and holding onto my stack with survivor checks from Biden. Pic related, it's me not understanding Bitcoin

ill believe it when i see it, US has had a great time exporting its inflation abroad & creating deflation through the demand of USD via petrobux... when petrobux breaks, yes. before that, i really dont know.
