There is no statement by the company that people will be paid in physical, there are simply three different interesting facts,

1) Bayhorse has actually promised to pay silver dividends in the past on special occasions, as with the so-called "silver option" which was available to all shareholders;

2) Bayhorse wants to pay a dividend of some kind or other in the future;

3) Bayhorse at one point wanted to make its own rounds and bars and only put aside that idea (possibly temporarily) because the smelter costs were too high at 25%.

I was lucky enough to sell it for First Majestic before the results came out because I needed to raise cash. Wasn't really ever a large position of mine, only a small gamble. The results are terrible (things like 20 gpt, 40 gpt etc.) but that isn't to say that the company won't produce good results in future. But I don't think that I'll be buying back in. Seems to have been a leak of the results because the share price has been going down for some time now.

I ran the numbers on a ton of different coins just yesterday comparing whatever 1oz was cheapest from about a dozen shops in the GTA. Almost all are at a minimum 25% premium with the highest being 35%. There is one site: Mississauga Gold which has Maples for $40.11 but I think they just don't update their website.
