you can make it if you buy a place on the outskirts of urban spots in the US. WFH is pushing people out of cities and spreading people further. Lots of places starting to pop as up and coming places. I'm in LA and people are flocking tf out of here for UT, AZ and TX

>New Zealand
>Jeju Island, SK

>Madeira, Portugal
>Croatia
>If staying in US either PA, NH or NV
I know this is gonna sound cucked, but I can't even fathom moving to another state, much less another country where people don't even speak English. I don't wanna leave my shitty outer borough NYC neighborhood bros I've lived here my entire life. I'm almost crying just thinking about it. If I really make it I won't have much choice though the taxes here are too crazy and there's too many communists in office

Just enjoy life anon. There’s no point in running from the tax man. I looked at Italy, looked at Philippines, Japan..

It all comes down to what you want bro. Sex? Philippines. Relaxation and some fun? Italy. Cute girls and traditional martial arts? Japan. That’s why I mentioned these 3 places.

Live life.

yeah idk about moving to a third world country... maybe i should just stay in the US and move to a less cucked state.
there is a loophole for long-term capital gains taxes burgerbros. if you make less than 40k in short term gains/income you can cash out longterm holds TAX FREE
just don't work for a year and cash out $1M or something.
unfortunately if you're getting staking returns that's gonna count as income.

Yes, still learning the details though

Great, nothing like TV or movies. There are an abundance of cute and friendly girls looking to date foreigners

without a doubt Gifu prefecture area and/or Fukui. If you like City life skip Tokyo and go straight to Nagoya, cleanest city in the world. I personally live in the Ryukyu islands (pic related)

Hello fren, I have considered many of these options as well, and I too feel the same way about leaving my home in CA. I've narrowed my foreign country list down to Braga, Portugal; croatia; New Zealand. In the U.S.A, I'm considering ID, PA, NH, or maybe NC.
It's a real dilemna because the western world is obviously on the decline of the growth cycle, which is going to make life really difficult for its citizens because they are going to demand more and more taxes for jamal and stacey, but unfortunetly all the corporate elites will set up in Asia, and leave us with huge debts, half the GDP and negative morale.
On the other hand, like you said, I don't want to leave my family and friends, and speak some other language, and be an outsider. The west is on the decline, so that means Asia would be the choice, but I don't wanna live with a bunch of asians, and all their rules.
I'm probably gunna end up either bunkering down in NH or ID, but if they start taxing unrealized gains, I'm getting a carribean passport and going to Portugal.

For you, I think the best states are Nevada or Washington if you don't want to be too far from home.
New Hampshire is enticing but the winters suck and apparently the locals fucking hate transplants. PA I would choose simply because I live within 2 hours of NYC and pay much lower taxes and have guns.
idk about ID, i hear Boise is nice.

Regarding other countries, NZ looks based but it's literally in the middle of nowhere. You are pretty much relegating yourself to living on the end of the earth if you move there.
I have never been to any of these countries, but Croatia and Madeira seem like they have very comfortable weather. I don't know about Braga

if you want a nice farm place to live then i would recommend Kamas/Oakley area but if you want cozy city brick houses you probably can beat sugar house
both are decently expensive but very nice places to live, if your in Oakley you would be living 10 minuets away from the Uinta mountains which is an excellent place to enjoy nature

I moved out here on a whim, had barely 8k to my name. I just worked at random places till I got a few licenses doing computer stuff, pull in around 65k a year more than enough for where I live. I'm putting like my entire paycheck into investments though so I can just stop working around 45-50. Though if ADA pulls through I can probably retire at 35
