I'm thinking about cashing out a portion to completely pay off a credit card. I just read that Gemini offers 30 free withdrawals a month but I've never heard of it. So... whats the least gay way to get some USD from some shitcoins?

I was making minimum payments and putting more in coins and I actually 10x'd. This is the only time this has ever happened and I'm weary of it imploding. So I want to just get rid of this debt. Thats why.

Depending on where you live just say fuck the payments all together, if you live in Canada they literally can't do fuck all right now. If it makes you feel better I maxed out my mastercard (25k) in november and told them to get fucked on payments, so far all they've done is wasted their time calling me. I don't see any real consequences or actions being taken about it for at least 6 months to a year, and honestly fiat currency will be basically worthless by then. Your crypto will be all you need

For me it was when I discovered they enrolled me in "account balance protection insurance" without my knowledge or permission, essentially trying to steal my money. Well, hope their insurance covers it and hope theres more like us out there; if there are enough the big cc co's won't be able to survive this

If you don't have a home yet, you're not getting one until the currency collapses and system resets. In Canada landlords are desparate AF right now and if you can pay your rent in cash you can live anywhere (i'm sure the US is the same)

incredibly based. i'd feel bad doing this because i belong to a relatively small credit union, along with living with family so i wouldn't want to involve them with this.

oh, in that case, from my experience coinbase is better; easily cashing to paypal gives you a lot of freedom.

never mind, do not default unless you have way more debt than your in your checking account.

you shouldn't bank where you borrow money; small credit union for chequing/savings and get credit from the big boys (so you can later tell them to get fucked)

also in my experience with coinbase there is no fee for transfer to paypal itself, almost all of the costs associated with coinbase are hidden in the operation of their closed order book, outside their explicit but small "coinbase fee" on buy/sells

Kek, you're a guy in Rome as it's being sacked by Vandals. People around you are getting their throats slit from ear to ear and massive chunks of marble are falling all around you from all the buildings set on fire. You look up to the heavens as some Vandal barbarian is about to bury his axe in your skull, and what are your final words? HuRrR DurRrR!!!!!

You're addicted to a system that's fucking dead. The minute they try to open the economy, money velocity from the money printer brrrrrrr means we get Weimar/Zimbabwe inflation. If they keep it closed, mass defaults and bankruptcies ensue. If I owe the banks a $1,000 dollars, that's my problem. If I owe the banks a million dollars, that's there problem. Squatters start taking property by force and with governments imploding because they don't have the tax revenue to cover their costs, there isn't fuck all they can do about it.
