Most of the argument is about whether this is a "double spend" or "invalid minting". Doesn't really matter to me, coins were created out of nothing and used on an exchange.

Since binance deposits are locked most people think the price is artificially high and will dump further from here. On top there is a coin unlock March 9 so there will be a bunch of IPO whales able to dump it with a 40x profit.

Fudders were shilling about the ico dump before, but now with these issues it seems that it might dip below 40 and stay there until all is fixed and the trust is restored.
