How do you divide up your assets and why?

I currently have around 60% in paper cash, 10% in physical gold coins, 10% in physical silver coins, 10% in the PSLV stock, and 10% in QQQ.
• Most of it is in cash because I'm not sure what to do with it, and know it would be risky to gamble all of it on one thing, so I'm just leaving it sitting as cash as a "safe haven" kind of thing.
• 10% went into gold coins because I saw a video talking about how gold is good to buy.
• 10% went into silver coins because recently I've read on the internet about the "silver squeeze" that's going to crash the system, and silver will go to the Moon soon.
• 10% went into PSLV for the same reason, because people online said to buy PSLV (*not* SLV).
• Finally, 10% went into QQQ, because I was looking to diversify into stocks and when I look at a five year chart, I can see that line goes up - a lot - so it seems like a pretty good investment.

I'm a bit new to investing but I think I'm off to a pretty good start? Thoughts? Am I going to make it?

Guys my only holdings are TSM and AMD which are both down 2-8%. Should I keep holding through this or just sell and watch on the sidelines? I believe in the company’s long term but Im also scared of being rug pulled. I also think I am overexposed to semi conductors and that it might be a good idea to rebalance to other sectors.
