What would happen if I move to other country while being in debt for about $20k usd? I took a personal loan to purchase a house just before covid hitted us, I was on time with the payments until 4 months ago and now they are starting to come to my parents house requesting money, what would happen if I sold the house and move somewhere else? This seems like my best options because fuck banks but I don't want to leave my parents with the hassles of dealing with collectors and the bank, should I just wage slave for life and pay them? I know I fucked up but I wanted a house really bad, this is in Mexico btw
