How do you stay calm frens? Every thing I see shilled I want to throw my life savings at immediately. Everything I see fudded I want to sell to zero.

I know prices are relatively slow to move, changes of 10-15% in a day are quite rare so you don't need to act immediately but I get the adrenaline rush 5 times a day regardless. I'm glad I'm not addicted to actual casino gambling, id be broke in minutes.
