It unironically is. Here's ADA/BTC vs LINK/BTC over the last month. I've been holding chainlink since 2019 but no one care argue LINK is MASSIVELY underpreforming and the absolute sorry excuse for a pump following the OCR tweet was pathetic. It just seems to be LINKs way to pump randomly (maybe when not being suppressed). I'm very happy I sold some LINK gains for ADA back in January.
