It’s definitely the most bullish coin on the internet. I mean fuck, they did a Forbes article on how they’re the first blockchain company to integrate murder cases to be arbitrated on the blockchain and through their secure evidence portal. Their GitHub had a pull for murder cases last week.

>>29747105
You need to steak that so you can get into the jury pool. With that much shit, you’d be a mega whale that sits on the PNK Kleors supreme court

>> No.29751174

I don't get it. People are betting countries will drop their legal power to a blockchain system? Is it just some kind of people's justice with no real incidence, just for the symbol?

No it’s more, it’s being able to bring secure and decentralized arbitration to places that don’t have it. Like when big mac fat ass Sergey says bring insurance to Africa, well the PNK team wants to bring law and order hugely to Africa since most of Africa is true to its mother origins of chaos and disorder that we need to reimpose colonialism through the blockchain

I'm reading about it and still can't see how a country, be it african, could accept a decentralized commercial arbitration. Concept is very nice but asking public or private interests to accept a decentralized justice given by a few people, PNK holders, is just fairytail. A bureaucracy monster like Europe would spend a century to adopt it even if BTC replaced the euro tomorrow, and even then PNKs would have to be given to every citizens.
I don't know about private companies but I fail to imagine them gladly accept any kind of justice at all, specially if it's some democratic system.
I don't get it.

its cheaper for most applications, simple
courts of law is fud

>> No.29753300

>>29752956
Well again your essentially monetizing this system. Parties at small claims who want to dispute something have to buy into the system with ETH or PNK and put them forward in their secure account. Then selected jurors from the global market are pooled to deliberate and vote separately and then they have to explain WHY they concur or dissent with the case so it’s equitable. If you don’t, you may not get paid in ETH/PNK as a juror. Or you’d lose your staked amount of PNK if you’re a shitty juror in their reputation based system. This works best with their low level claims, like fiver disiputes between people. But it gets very hard to do things like grand theft or rape cases. Proud to say I was a juror on PNKs first ever rape case but even then it’s hard but ambitious

The idea that it will be used for arbitration in third world countries is I guess feasible but that's not really the core use. Ultimately, the benefit it brings is as a protocol that other smart contracts and dapps can use to bring dispute resolution and customer server to cryptocurrency transactions. Imagine a dapp that has a neutral, third party way to initiate returns and refunds. Of course, this is more important for crypto currency transactions that involve real world goods and services.
