How has corona affected housing/land prices? Is now a good time to get in the real estate business?

It hasn't really made any big impact in the city. Boomers who own apartments and land refuse to lower the rent prices because they just that greedy.
Even if nobody rents it, they won't lower the price because they know if everyone lowers the price, then everyone makes less money. So they all collectively keep prices high so when it finally does rent out, it rents for high prices.
Meanwhile the rich move out of city into the lesser populated areas, which drives the rent prices up in those places.

All in all... the situation stinks everywhere due to the rich fucking it up like always.

hmm man i really don't know, never heard much about this "real estate" thing. i think it went down in value, maybe? who knows.
