I started trading in January.
> after a small due dilligence decide that ADA and BNB are good coins.
> hold them for a couple of days
> start jumping from a coin to coin (CRV,REEF, HBAR,AVAX) to make wuicker gains but sell them for measly gains
> now stuck with shitcoins that slowly have wiped my gains and If I sell I sm at loss. Need to hold them
