I'm going to definitely be diversifying out of ETH. I'm not dumping everything, but im definitely overweighted in it vs. other smart contract chains in my portfolio. ETH maxis had me convinced no other smart contract chain could ever compete. This is now blatently false and ETH will not be a repeat of BTC in capturing an entire segment of the crypto space. ETH is competing on utility which it used to be king of, it is now shit compared to readily available alternatives.

Like 3/4 of the eth threads on here have been "fuck eth it is gay" since it took off from 1k. Every dip is "fuck this shitcoin" with that insufferable copypasta about not being scalable. If theres any one thing I've learned from biz it's to not trust biz. If people are going out of their way to besmirch something they say doesnt have a future then I personally take that as a sign to hold. If it doesn't have a future then why not just let it die and keep all the 'good holds' to yourself? Surely if eth died off then fudders win out in the end regardless of the mud they throw since all that cash would flow elsewhere.
