You just make an account on the platform, you sign a contract like any other electricity provider contract, then you can trade on the platform. You have to lock in 1k SNC (or the equivalent of 1 month of the energy usage you have) to use it. They have normal people with solar and a bunch of energy companies as providers there OR you can become a provider (there are offers for buying solar panels with SNC and EV chargers and such).
