I usually find actual work is fine. Dealing with endless faggotry, that's painful. My solution is to change jobs every so often, if I can. It varies. Could only manage 2 years at my last place, but I've done 5+.

This combined with excel and maybe some basic web dev/comp sci shit from freecodecamp can get you on a comfy work from home 40-60k starting data science/sales ops/database manager/digital marketing role that you can then spin into whatever you want for interviews.
