What are these guys doing who are Selling 1.50 BTC for a higher price but also buying 1.50 BTC at the same time for a lower price doing?

Is this the trick to slowly building up stats for free?

My autistic assumping is that they're slowly selling off at a higher price, and slowly buying in at a lower price, so they're basically gaining extra bit by bit.

So maybe they could accumulate an extra 0.05 to 0.10 BTC per day if their selling limit and buying limit is constant tapped over and over throughout the day?
