what do i do if the stock market is personally stalking and attacking me. do i just go all crypto?

>doing good for awhile
>BLACK SWAN EVENT
>calls go down 40% in a day
>entire portfolio drops
>months of gains completely gone
>i finally started buying more RIGHT fucking RIGHT before all this happened after sitting on shares for months then the crash
>biggest crash in awhile
>iron balls that shit and keep holding
>decide fuck it its not worth it its gonna crash soon
>start selling my calls and shares and shit
>shit looks normal again after 4 red days and starts going green
>buy back in my calls
>lose hundreds of dollars crashes the second i buy it
>sell and decide to walk away
>stop looking
>its going green again
>decide to buy my calls again
>INSTANTLY GOES DOWN AGAIN
>shares go down again
>look at the btc rainbow chart and buy some btc mining stocks
>literally fucking an hour before it opens on monday
>fucking shitcoin dumps and has been going down ever since

its to the exact fucking second. the exact fucking second. as soon as i buy it goes down as soon as i sell it goes up. it is 100% stalking me and monitoring me and im crashing the entire market just by buying. AND EVERY STOCK I DONT FUCKING BUY BACK INTO GOES UP AND THE ONES I BUY CRASH AND ONLY THOSE ONES

Waiting on the sidelines is what's killing you. You're not waiting logically for a good entry, you're building up the courage to go in. What pulls you in is that you see it going green, but you're afraid that it will trick you, so you wait too long and by the time you go in it's overbought.

I had a similar experience trading a shitcoin while on a 13 hr shift. I had been watching it slowly creep down in a general bear market.

The one and only time I had a chance to check my holding was at the exact moment the price plummeted in a freak downturn. I panicked and sold only for it to instantly pump up 30%.

If you have been marked ill by the stock gods then just pick good investments and hodl. Don't sweat the hourly charts.

If you decide something of that magnitude you need more to go by than constant paranoia.
Selling well into a crash is no different than catching a falling knife.
That's why we have meme lines. Not to predict the crash or the pump, but to alert us that it may happen. That way when it does start happening, we're not taken by surprise and can sell or buy early
