after a month here, i've decided i dont want to be a part of the stress ball that is /smg/ anymore and shoot for comfy mode. i wanna be rich but i can take my time, i'm fuckin young.

can i get some comfy portfolio tips and any tips on how i should think about stocks on my own? any tips in general.

i have around 2k in the market right now, including the crypto market, kind of split in the middle. dad says that if i feel confident enough, he'll pass me 10k. i'm salaried so i dont necessarily need the money, but im not going to say no to it.

also, is there a comfy chat out there somewhere?

Funny you don't have to entirely buy $STACK token right now. By simply playing BETHEHOUSE casino games, you can mine the token for Free.

Semiconducters will be good plays and if we are entering a period of hightened inflation, you shouls focus on commodities like oil, natgas, gold and soft commodities like hygien products and food. Basically things that society need no matter the economic situation. Also tech companies with a lot of cash, good balance sheet and already have a big portion of market shared are good like facebook, apple, amazon, even dropbox is a comfy choice. Basically avoid any speculative stocks and companies with shit revenues and impoverished balance sheets.

If you wanna hold really long term, look up uranium. There are plenty of insanely low value companies that worth looking into in an industry that will boom in the upcoming 5 years or so

Of the stocks on that list, the best ones are MINE, WCVC, and ZOM

you think nuclear power is gonna make its way back? i fully support it. or is it more of a US foreign policy thing and its obsession with nukes?

thanks for the other tips too, thats the shit i need. i was definitely considering tesla, dont see why anybody wouldn't invest in them, i just fucking hate elon musk so much. being part of the nonprofit world has given me insight on some sales like software like dropbox. i looked at up salesforce and was pretty impressed. you think tech is really gonna drop because of the vaccine?

Governments all over the world are working towards a zero-emission future and more and more people are realizing that the only way to make it happen is through nuclear power. I'm bullish on that.

Tesla might not be the best stock during hightened inflation and I think tech will do shit for the same reason. Debt will be more expensive, cash flows will be worth less and speculative stocks with either no intrinsic value or not large enough of a market share in a market that people regularly consume will not perform well. With that being said, Tesla is an incredibly healthy compaby at the moment, I am just not sure how the market itself will perform.

Buy and hold several million WCVC shares while they're cheap. I bought in when it was in trips and lately it's been on a roll.

i’m actually glad to hear people believe nuclear power is gonna make a splash (not literally i hope), that’s just what i’ve been hoping for all along. like really long term, how long do you think? i’m definitely trying to make this my retirement fund but i do wanna retire early. i suppose having a stake in uranium either way wont hurt.

is tesla a tech company or a car company? i considered it tech like apple, but am i wrong to think of it that way? how do i keep track of high inflation in this context or even begin to understand it?

if you wanna post links to resources that works too

What a fucking retard.It's debt-riddled and unprofitable.

OP, your confiest bet would be something highly diversified like VTI (for burgers) or IWDE (for eurochads).
You should also check out Bogleheads, even if you don't want to follow their strategy.

These won't yeld ridiculously high returns, but they are what I'd consider comfy.

Just remember, Bernie Madoff, who while scamming was revered as one of the highest return investors, only “made” around 1% returns a month. /smg/ is completely delusional about profits and forget how slow returns usually are. Be patient is my advice.
