Robinhood graphs are shit and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using tradingview.com, stockcharts.com, finviz.com, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

ghetto neighborhoods... the tenants are shit, there are different properties but either way it's not worth it at this point in time. Sure interest rates are low but the prices of the property you are buying are high as fuck.

If the house was $100,000 with a 6% interest rate its now $300,000 with a 3.5% interest rate.. if that makes sense(not sure on the exact math but it's something like that).. It really is about finding that sweet spot with rental properties with the returns if you are looking to get a loan on it.

Im no pro but what i would do is find a balance in your life. Start a budget including all your taxes and living expense, after every month you should be cash flow positive, if you aren't you are doing something wrong. Just don't budget and save so much that you destroy your social life.
Start a solid stock portfolio that is heavy in solid secure stocks and about 10%-20% should be put into aggressive stocks with more risk but more reward. Use that portfolio to grow until you are ready for rentals. Also if you aren't very handy be prepared to pay someone for maintence
