1. Can someone explain ARK delegates from the technical perspective? Are these like 51 guys with computers in their basement? Are they running some sort of supercomputers? Who the fuck are these people and how can they keep the network running if there's so few of them?

2. Why only 51 (or even 100)? Isn't BTC backed by thousands of insane mining farms and it's still slow as shit. Can this even be called decentralized?

3. Can I fuck the entire network if I find who the delegates are and raid their homes?
