it just cant keep going up like it is now. it just cant. think of how many people own bitcoin now. and i mean, if in 5-10 years, anyone with .5 bitcoin will be a millionaire at this rate? there would a disproportionatly large number of millionaires suddenly in existence. it doesnt seem possible.

There are a surprisingly low amount of people who would have the discipline to hold their 1 BTC for 5 years. There will be rough times and weak hands get shaken off, but it's a global currency and decentralized so in a bizarre way it will naturally compound in value higher and higher.

what regulation are you even talking about that would help specifically? if theres any that is passed it is to make sure a pleb like you doesn't have a stake in bitcoin and just goes to (((them))) to protect you from hurting yourself whether you want it or not
