why trip red flags by trying to cash out in fiat? why not swap the BTC for other coins, send to multiple other wallets, then from those wallets send smaller chunks to other exchanges, swap to yet other coins, swap to fiat, cash out... sure you'd lose 3-4% in the transitions, but it's better than getting caught and having your entire scheme cockblocked by losing your account.
