Because of that same post I'm actually about to start. Was considering going the route of homemade since there's a much higher level of probiotics. Are you drinking store bought and if so, which brand?

Store bought kefir is a gimmick.
You need to make your own kefir from local raw milk to qualify as a chad.
You make kefir by adding the kefir grains, which are a mix of yeast and bacterial cultures, to milk and letting it sit at room temperature for one day. The grains multiply and need to be partially removed eqch batch or else you will end up with an abundance very quickly. You can give the excess grains to a friend and then they can make their own kefir. In this way, each kefir grain is linked back to the original creation of kefir which dates back thousands of years.
The grains are an ancient creation that root back to cultures that lived in mountainous regions of Afghanistan. Its a mystery how the grains formed exactly, and they are unable to be reproduced in a lab.
The store bought stuff uses lab made kefir grains which are a basterdization of the real thing, lacking a huge amount of the nutrition.

Yes you're right, my memory failed me fren
>>49524148
You can easily get the grains from Etsy or any other little online shop. The grains themselves are incredibly resilient and can be recovered after experiencing harsh conditions such as being dried out. Just keep in mind that it takes two weeks for your new grains to acclimate, and thus the first batches during those weeks will be very off-putting. But keep with it and the batches will start getting very aromatic, fizzy, and delicious.

>doing cardio/ playing a sport also
I've been trying to find a good sport that keeps me interested and makes my weekends more interesting. What do you reccomend? It seems like many people I know find something that just captivates them and they want to do it all the time, whether it be hiking, rock climbing, etc. But I've never found a sport that does that for me

on tv i stumbled across this pbs documentary on tv about vitamins and got redpilled on omega-3. i take a swig of this oil and can literally feel my brain reconstructing itself. i cant find this documentary anywhere online. it also talked about how important meat and milk was to the human body lol. i imagine pbs tried to purge it from the web.

I'm kinda jealous that a lot of people are actually taking charge of their lives and getting healthier, and I'm just sitting here in my room with a vr headset on most of the time and investing in metaverse shit like lovelace.
maybe i'll try to get a little healthier once again, idk.

No one would ever dare to sell anything with living bacteria in it in a supermarket. They pasteurized that shit after bottling, the good stuff is dead.

Slightly related:

- life threading diarrhea after I ate some antibiotic for a simple cold prescribed by my doctor
- was diagnosed with chrons, got steroids (non anabolic sadly), immuno suppressants, salicil acid etc.
- diarrhea went away but sometimes I got shit in my blood but with no other side effects
- after I got a gf the twice a year bloody stool flare ups went away
- decided to not eat my immunosuppressant anymore, nothing happened

I am about 10 years symptom free from chrons with no meds.

My only idea how this happened is that by eating pussy I got some healthy bacteria from my gf into my bowels.
