APY cannot be sustained in most assets, you'll have to ask where the money comes from. If it's inflationary you'll eventually run out of greater fools; if it's coming from an entity that gives you an interest for loaning them your assets or providing liquidity (kek bancor) then you got to ask the question: did they short your asset?
