Well... I do see equal highs and higher lows... but I'm not entirely certain this is it.
Notice how we're creeping up on the high on the hourly, but this will "technically" be the second time we touch it.
Unless you and I are looking at different highs (I'm looking at 20,458), then that would make much more sense.
But, I gotta say, it does look like an ascending triangle. Good call out.

Traditionally speaking, the vol should actually diminish as it reaches the peak of the triangle (normally you'd look for two 45° angles and one 90°).
After it nears the peak (which would be near the high) it should "pop".
So this actually supports OP's claim.
