I suspect many of those listings are fake because companies that received money from the "pay check protection program" have to not reduce headcount. If someone leaves of their own accord, they have to hire someone new. For many of those listings, I don't think they have any intent of hiring anyone but they need to look like they are just to delay the time until they need to pay back some of that money because they reduced head count.
