Someone should just make a /biz/ books infographic. If you search archives youll get lots of recommendations.
Now days I suspect this will devolve into textbook vs books and how everyone is smarter than the last person who posted.

it's almost 100 years old, but it is a very good story, and if you were to ask 100 different hedge fund managers what book got them into finance, it was this book
If you are looking to learn options, read "Options as a Strategic Investment" 5th edition by McMilan
then whatever you feel like you are lacking in your investment knowledge, read
eg. you feel like you don't understand valuations? read books on different valuation models
you don't understand technical analysis?
read books on technical analysis
you don't understand the oil industry?
read books on the oil industry
and so on
