Right now such a thing doesn't exist. Even the most advanced AI are basically scouring the internet and mimicking human speech patterns poorly. They don't understand anything, they just read and spit out some bullshit based on their programming. It doesn't have capability to take all that knowledge, comprehend it and apply it to synthesize anything new.

For example you can't just feed it some physics text books and papers and hope that it will start developing new theories and furthering our understanding of the field like a PhD student can. Same is true of its ability to have deeper understanding of things like social issues, art etc.

Right now its nothing more that good old algorithms that can are capable of accessing and processing information from real world or internet in a set way.
