Long/Short ratio was 39/61 a few days ago so it makes sense for there to be a relief rally now. However someone is cleverly moving the market to distribute their bags onto the market, they push price up, distribute their bags, pump it a bit again, distribute again and soforth. I don't buy this rally sustaining itself, economic sentiment is at best on the same level as a week ago, nothing got better macro wise. Big tech earnings coming in, TSL margins lowered, MS cutting hiring. FED and ECB narrative still that recession can be avoided, but we already are in a recession technically. Who knows can it get any worse than this, but short term there isn't a reason for a sustained rally in my opinion
