Hey

Im looking to start a business. Planning to hire a bunch of staff initially 20-40. I can actually do it.

Going to charge a monthly fee to the employees to help offset the office costs which are pretty big. Either that or I take out a big fucking loan and risk it all doing it this way.

thinking the office fee would be $160 month

What do you think?

just pay them less
how retarded are you? or young?
makes me think this is a larp or will never happen

in real estate they charge a fee, brokers fees etc.

so some internal fees are possible. im just worried the negative feedback from these wage cucks will be pretty high

Good luck, you're going to need it.

apparently you havent seen the price an office fucking costs. shit is expensive. not less than 3-4K per month.

main hurdle is getting over the high price of this shit, and then risking having all the staff vampiring me over Muh Wage n sheit.

Cry baby zoomers dont know how to fight as a team. ive seen the real work ethic of modern workforce. quitting randomly, stealing customers, essentially sabotage.

everyones busy getting high and fucked up, no professionals left.

im under the impression i need an office to "coordinate" with the team. central hub so to speak. cant possibly grow this thing without an office. so there is the problem of "office". that and atrocious leasing terms.

hiring people and renting an office is the last thing you should think about

have a co-founder and start solving a problem that is currently not solved or underserved

people are a terrible way to scale, they slow you down, it would take months to get them up to speed

Charge your employees to work? Are you fucking demented?

I can see that now. There are vast pools of people who are completely unplugged and looking for a way to rise. im simply giving them the chance.

Due to "fear" they will reject the FEE, I will simply now have them into a work from home and use team management software, to try to make it ENERGIZE that way

Hiring 20-40 people out the gate without clients or consumers is the flag for me

Imagine taking on 1M+ in payroll for a start up and bitching about 3-4K a month to keep the lights on

>> No.51104215

>>51104205

yeah well those same 20-40 people will be out *hoping* immediately finding clients and getting this ball rolling. Nothing like throwing a human wave at a problem.

its an all or nothing approach.

I think I will try to get 20-40 onboard, and see to it they push for it to succeed. They are paid on contractor style after completing a job.

Will do it like this:

Work From Home
complete jobs get paid
use some of the funds to work towards an office.
Get Office Grow the bitch
let it rip

not exactly. A Hair Dresser has to pay for their station. a real estate broker has to pay for their desk fee. some mechanics have to buy their own tools.

A 20 man office where each person is being paid a mere 40k a yearly salary will cost you 800,000$ per year. Where is your office located will you rent one and how much will that cost? Do you know how to do a payroll and taxes?

Being a small /biz/ness owner is hard work Anon I hope for your sake you think all this shit through. What kind of business are you planing to start?

Anon, this is one of the lowest IQ threads I have ever seen in my entire life.

The cost of retail space for a business is normally <10%, less for an office based building. While nominally commercial space can be high, it is usually an afterthought in terms of business expenses unless you are in an ultraprime area.

Your business operations should comfortably cover your office space, but this is all a gigantic larp and since you asked me what I think, I think you're an autistic 17 year old that is daydreaming about a business with no actual plan that isn't going to do anything. And your idea is dumb.

A business with 20-40 full time staff is likely a 2M-5M business, even with unskilled labour. You haven't talked about your product or customers, but instead are thinking how to cover costs. That's not how it works.

>> No.51104578

fuck it, maybe ill just enter int politics and become the next hitler and start eliminating my enemies or anyone that fucks with me.

then i will set about fixing the business industry.

I would have to hire a bunch of labor to handle all the shit i am not good at.

yes its insane how hard it is, such as time needed.

>>51104380
i will take your wisdom to heart and modify the strategy. thanx bro.
