Chronic fatigue.
I wake up feeling like I've had about 30 mins sleep, even though my sleep tracker says I've had 8 hours, plenty of deep sleep and REM.
Fighting the urge to nap wherever I am by about 1pm in the day.

I've got sleep apnea and am not adjusting well to cpap therapy so I'm always tired lately. It works on my obstructive apneas but it is causing centrals which means it tells my body not to breathe. Doctor has been mildly useless. So I sleep awful with it and I sleep awful without it. I know that's not exactly being sick but shit is rough now that I'm older

Nope, I had some bouts of heavy drinking in the past (like kill a big handle with my gf over the weekend). But I've all but given it up now.
Doc suggested I abstain for a bit to see what it did to the platelet count, I realized how good it feels to sleep throughout the night every night of the week and be rested after the weekend. Not drinking is like a superpower. Anyway I don't think I drank so heavy in the past to cause liver damage it is supposed to be good at repairing anyways.
I intermittent fast so it might be pancreas/gall bladder related but I've never had a gall bladder attack so idk.
