maybe consider doing a masters in business/data analytics. georgia tech offers one for cheap that is very highly regarded (and it is academically challenging.) they publish post-degree salaries on the program's website, they're typically $110k fresh out of the program and only go up with more experience.

Both medicine and finance are high-stress careers. They earn a good wage, but people sure EARN that money. There is a reason why pretty much every trader uses drugs and it is not just because they have plenty of money.

If you aren't passionate about it then you won't handle a month. Study accounting if you just need a job. It is good pay and it is certain even when machines do most of the work because someone needs to check it.

PA here, I do concierge medicine (private, all cash). Very enjoyable, low pressure work environment. I only see about 1 patient per hour and the rest of the day is spent hanging out catching up on documentation and reporting lab results, all of which is super easy. My patients love me, I get paid well with monthly bonuses based on revenue, I run my own clinic with complete autonomy (supervising physician is on-call remotely, we speak about every other month). Unlimited PTO as long as I can get another provider to cover me. Life is pretty great and idgaf about my 80k in student loan debt (70k now kek thx Biden). My life is way better today than it was 3 years ago.

Medical is super reliable, as long as you don't kill someone through gross negligence, you always have a job. I'm in radiology, and the school isn't even expensive or long. It was like 2-3 years for xray, and now I'm crosstraining into MRI. Maybe worked out to 3 years of community college and an online MRI program which I did at my own pace, and I'll be making like 39 an hour. (plus extra pay differentials for working evenings/weekends if you don't also mind.)
