No matter how hard I think, I can't come up with a million dollar business idea or perfect investment. I am doomed to wage cuck for the next 40 years.

People don't usually start with a business. Just get a job and get good at something first. Any business is a million dollar business. Fuck, go work in a concrete plant, get good, branch out.

well when you're ready maybe you will get out of your own way and stop being a victim.

i recently met someone. you want to know what he does? he has a free cardboard box pickup service. they will come to your house and get your boxes. he then sells the boxes to businesses.

he's a multimillionaire. you know how he did it? was it some amazing idea? no. he did it by not being a whiny jewish faggot. good luck!

The way to get connected to local businesses is by being friendly and reliable. It's boomer talk but you have to start on the bottom floor.
When I was younger I worked in a kitchen washing dishes, but then by making friends with one of the chefs I got connected to a guy who builds high end racing cars. I started working for him and now I've been connected with other workshops buiding cars, and I had more work than I knew what to do with for now. His customers are filthy rich, and now I've got an in with them. That means that when I'm older and experienced I'll have a good reputation and wealthy customer base to make good money off whilst doing something I love. No pain no gain sonny.

you will not. chance to make retard money was before interest rates were raised and everyone knew about crypto

i have 450k in savings and even then it's just dumb to have it all on btc which they can ban exchanges at any time next time it goes too high because it poses "systemic risk for the financial system" or whatever the fuck

the point is, now crypto doesnt go under the radar

this shit sucks, now i have to buy index funds like a boomer cuck and hope for a 2x in the next 10 years

Yeah, old boomers approach me with cars that they want to go fast. I'll use what I've learnt to spec out and build an engine package (ported head, optimised cam specs etc.). This gets installed in the car along with any other parts (suspension, gearbox, differential etc.), and set up on the rolling road at my work. They drive the car for a few years and come back to have the engine rebuilt and minor tweaks and servicing done by employees. They tell their friends and the cycle repeats.

Have you actually tried any ideas? You really dont need that good of an idea these days. Look at all the most successful businesses from shark tank theyre all retarded. Scrub daddy is literally a fucking sponge shaped like a smiley face. Comfy, a wearable blanket ripoff of the snuggie, fucking squatty potty. Its more about how you market and run your business than having an actual good idea. Most people are just too scared to try.

i think the issue is we've been raised with this idea that starting a business involves coming up with some new idea thats never been done before and then presenting it in front of a panel of multimillionaires on television.

in reality a successful business is more likely to be something thats been done a thousand times before.

and when we try to have a thread about small business on /biz/ it gets full of comments like "not letting you niggers front run me on this" showcasing the mindset that people think business ideas are all unique special things that have to be hidden or they could be stolen. and so we can't even have a discussion

It's not. The important bit is you've got your foot in the door and your name is in their head, which is a million miles ahead of someone who may do great work but isn't. If the work you do is satisfactory, you've essentially got a customer for life. The guy I work for at the moment has people coming from other countries to get engines built. And the best thing about fast cars is that the customers are rich hobbyists. They pay what it costs. They aren't hagglers.

i have a hard time believing this is real. how many houses do you have to drive to? the free cardboard that you have to sell at a discount because its used and was sitting on a curb. and you have to pay for gas and vehicle maintenance. and despite all that he's somehow a multimillionaire from it.

some people get off on making up stories and they feel justified in doing so because they believe their stories are plausible and help backup whatever point they're trying to make.

stop your dishonest ways before lying becomes internalized and your own brain starts lying to itself. you're hurting yourself

it seems to me the path to small business is
>get a good job with stable high pay
>go to bank and get a loan (the bank knows you can pay it back because you have a good job)
if you can't get a high paying job in the first place and work it for years to impress the banks you're already fucked unless you can raise the quarter million dollars or whatever it takes to open a coffee shop or whatever on your own.

it's likely a pickup service for commercial operations that use a lot of cardboard and have an on-premises baler, like warehouses or retail stores. it's the only way it would make economic sense, otherwise you're dealing with non-recyclable garbage mixed in with contaminated cardboard. it illustrates my point >>53286199
