I just got hired at a new job in a department full of women which half are 50+ years old and the rest are 30+. I'm the only man there. All the men work downstairs. How did this happen?

i forgot, i don't know if it will help but the New Girl series on Netflix depicts a pretty comically accurate depiction of the average successful anon and finds himself in your exact position.
i find myself plagued with a similar fate. single mother syndrome has landed me numerous jobs with various, strong female leaders. i prefer the height-complex blonde with buried sub desires plagued with the position of power, like the militech blondie from cyberpunk 2077.
